The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:Join our Network and Infrastructure team as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal users, working on exciting IT projects, and ensuring the stability and security of our infrastructure.

• Provide support for internal users in BAU incidents and tasks.
• Contribute to internal IT projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure hardware and software vendors.
• Implement infrastructure changes following IT change control requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure documentation.

You will also enjoy a hybrid role, working from our Melbourne corporate support office, located in Docklands, and from home.What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in an IT infrastructure role.
• Comprehensive experience in cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure (preferred) and AWS.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Solid IP networking skills (Cisco & Meraki experience preferred).
• Ability to develop and influence others through excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Undergraduate or Post Graduate qualification in Technology/Digital Disciplines.
• Industry Qualifications/Certifications: ITIL Certification, Microsoft, Cisco certifications.
