This role will be part of the Corporate Services Department, the People and Culture team includes a broad range of key functions including: Human Resources, Payroll, Workplace Health & Safety, Quality Management Systems and Project Management with a focus on Information Technology improvements.

About the Position
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager we are seeking an IT Project Senior to step into a role that offers ownership of the project function and deliverables, as well as high level of understanding within the diversity of our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end system implementations, with knowledge and experience in API. This role has one direct report but does require the ability to manage external developers. Key Responsibilities
- Actively lead the delivery of IT Infrastructure strategies and roadmaps, innovation, and improvements.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that the technology requirements of the organisation are met.
- Ensure organisation’s technology infrastructure services are fit for purpose, responsive, maintained, reliable and secure.
- Manage end-to-end system implementations across various projects
- Leverage your knowledge and experience to contribute to project success
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Work proactively and closely within the departments on optimising the use of technology solutions to meet business needs Provide regular update on project progress
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget Utilise your technical background to provide solution and drive project success
- Support monitor and follow up on team members and their deliverables to ensure that timeframes are met and proactively managed
Your Experience and Skills
• A minimum of five (5) years in a similar role within IT focused infrastructure environment.
• Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree with at least two year’s subsequent experience.
• Strong technical background and experience with end-to-end system implementation
• Well-developed customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as strong initiative
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and be part of evolving technology
