We are looking for an IT Manager to join our dynamic and tight-knit team in Hobart.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the IT Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that all of Sullivans Cove’s networks and systems are secure and well-maintained. The IT Manager will be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining the overall ICT system by identifying, investigating, and prioritising ICT solutions and restoration of all issues and faults. The role also plays a key role in managing IT projects, systems updates and patching as well as day-to-day operations. This role will be based at our primary site in Cambridge, Tasmania.
The IT Manager will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and work closely with our line managers throughout the company.

- Ensure all networks and systems are secure and well-maintained
- Liaise with third party provider to ensure a consistent level of network/system performance
- Monitor, manage and maintain the overall ICT systems by identifying, investigating, and prioritising ICT solutions and restoration of all issues and faults
- Cyber security, data retention, business continuity/interruption
- Work across the organisation supporting all aspects of our IT systems, including cloud services, computer hardware, software, confirmation data and storage, data communications security, and equipment
- Leading the development and implementation of the ICT strategy
- Ensure all incidents are analysed, restored, and reported
Key Requirements
- Domain Management
- Experience in managing WAN/LAN with excellent Networking skills
- Broad generalist ICT experience in a similar role
- Strong cyber security knowledge
