About The Opportunity
As an IT Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions tailored to client needs, including infrastructure, software, and hardware components. You must be able to blend technical expertise, project management and customer service skills to deliver the required outcomes.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support and guidance during the project lifecycle
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and user manuals

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role
• Track record of automating processes within an MSP environment
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure including networking and cloud services
• Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Power Platform or

similar * Experience with DevOps tools and practices

• Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously including extended periods from home
• The ability to multitask and manage projects from problem discovery through to completion

• Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless)
• Active Directory/Group Policy
• Office 365 / Modern Workplace / Microsoft Co-Pilot and Bing Chat Enterprise
• SOE design, deployment and application packaging
• ITIL Service Management and related tools
• Problem management including troubleshooting and diagnosis of recurring technical and performance issues
