The Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced IT Project Management to join our Information and Technology Team on a fixed term arrangement for 6 months with a potential view for extension. This role will work collectively across project development and delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation, all whilst coupled with strategy and execution.
Your day-to-day
No two days are the same! This role is diverse, varied in scope, and allows for innovation. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery and execution of technology components of projects aligned with organizational priorities and strategy. This includes the development of project artifacts including programme and project plans, budgets, schedules, and status reports, and providing project leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery against time, cost, and objectives.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a drive for innovation. You have proven experience in managing complex projects and managing the end-to-end process. Required skills and experience are:
5+ years of IT project management experience
Demonstrated experience in IT support, systems implementation, IT management
Demonstrated success in leading projects involving cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success implementing best practice project practices and working with a recognised change management methodology
Exceptional communicator, with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams
Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Exceptional written and oral skills
Formal experience working with a recognised change management methodology (desired)
