Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We're the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts and revolutionise the customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role you'll drive the day to day stakeholder engagement, business transformation and technical change management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects within the delivery tower. You'll be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of truly cutting edge projects across applications and infrastructure.
- Prepare project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and project deliverables
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and according to the quality requirements
- Scheduling, Risk Management and Budgeting experience
- Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation. Identify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individuals
- Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issues
- Prepare and deliver project management deliverables, such as meeting minutes, reports etc to the appropriate steering committees
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years experience working on multiple IT projects end to end in a large complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience in delivering large scale, enterprise level IT projects
- A strong track record in delivering quality outcomes
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Expertise in design, implementation and optimisation of ICT processes, organisations and systems
- Demonstrated change management experience covering technical and process change
