Join an ASX listed, leading integrated services organisation undergoing a multi-year workforce management transformation program. This is an initial 12-month contract with view for extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
Your new role
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
- Coordinate with project staff to ensure accurate and timely tracking of project progress.
- Provide regular and timely updates to project team and stakeholders.
- Identify critical and non-critical project tasks and work to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Analyze project schedules and provide metrics to identify project performance and forecast trends.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in reporting with various tools
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
