About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project and Systems Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of network related projects across the business. This is a great role for a collaborative, team player who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Coordination and monitoring of network related projects
- Act as the point of contact for the business on IT requests and escalation
- Monitoring and Incident Management to make sure Vendor meet the agreed SLA
- Provide and report on Vendor KPIs and Outstanding issues
- Coordinate IT requirements for Retail Store Openings
- Manage hardware procurement and ensure adequate inventory for growth and backup
- Asset Management of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, tablets)
- Assist with the management of daily IT activities
- Assist with the preparation of reports and knowledgebase documents
- Organise, attend and take accurate notes at IT-related meetings, and distribute notes to relevant staff
- Follow up on any action points to ensure deadlines are met
- Be pro-active in identifying potential problems and resolving or escalating to the appropriate team members and vendors
- Communicate with internal teams to facilitate the efficient project delivery, negotiate and assist to resolve delays
- Work with and escalate to internal and external teams to implement incident fixes, work-around and data recovery
- Participate in IT projects as required
About You:
- 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achievement in management of an IT service desk and proactive maintenance of IT environments
- General knowledge of IT terminology and key vendors
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and flexibly, managing and prioritising own workload.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- You are detail-orientated, highly organised and a proven problem-solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle (some travel between sites required from time to time).
