- Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates at various levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
