The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple disciplines, with a focus on technical roles in the technology sector.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates at various levels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative approaches as appropriate.
• Represent CYOS Solutions at industry events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
