In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, continually grow professionally, and use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to:

• Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer and employee satisfaction
• Establish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
• Guide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives
• Be responsible for providing a safe working environment free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections and implementing preventative and corrective actions
• Maintain and build on effective relationships with customers

• Supervisory experience gained from with a warehouse environment – previous 3PL experience will be held in high regard
• Experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
• Knowledge and use of a WMS System
• A continuous improvement mindset
• A passion for health & safety – the safety of our employees is of paramount importance
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence
