Wobitech has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Tullamarine, Melbourne. This will be an onsite role based in our Tullamarine Office, Monday to Friday.

Position
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for IT and Digital Marketing solution sales, meeting and exceeding revenue targets and streamlining relevant business processes to ensure optimisation. The ideal candidate will have IT knowledge, including website development, mobile app development, digital marketing and software development, and a track record of sales and portfolio growth in the industry.
Duties
- Identify, qualify, and actively pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including but not limited to revenue, activities, and new business activations. Demonstrate initiative in working with relevant departments to ensure targets are met.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and present our services to customers through engaging presentations and demonstrations.
- Work alongside the marketing team to achieve revenue targets, increase brand awareness and client base, and maximise profitability.
- Implement effective revenue management strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by staying up to date with the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including revenue forecasts, market analysis, and performance metrics, to the senior management team.
- Monitor business KPI’s and work alongside the Business Improvement Manager to streamline processes.
Criteria
- 3+ years IT Sales experience with a proven sales portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or Sales/Communications
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs
- Outstanding people and communication skills, a can-do attitude and ability to maintain a conversation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
