Position Summary
Light & Wonder are seeking an enthusiastic, data focused, and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join the team. This position will give you the opportunity to work across a variety of departments including Sales, Marketing, Field Services, and Operations, and give you the platform to learn centrally about the Light & Wonder ANZ business.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone with foundational knowledge of sales operations (1-2 years' experience), and someone with a passion for all things data & digital. While the role is entry-level, it will be an integral cross-functional role and an opportunity to join a rapidly growing ASX 200 listed company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role for a high potential candidate to deliver immediate value and create opportunities for future career development, potentially within Sales and/or other parts of our fast-growing business. The successful candidate will work with the ANZ Sales team to get some direct selling experience with our client portfolio, as well as handling the below:
Customer onboarding and Sales Support: Ensure efficient customer onboarding, meeting deadlines and deliverables to agreed processes
Customer Support: Act as the escalation point for customer feedback or issues and work cross functionally to solve in a timely manner
Sales Immersion: Learn and understand the product and the sales role through spending time with customers with the designated Account Managers.
In field experience: working to a small number of accounts, with support to build skills and help better support sales team
Performance Analysis: Track and report key performance indicators related to sales and product, providing timely reporting
Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with various teams to implement changes based on this feedback.
CRM: Develop a strong understanding of the CRM and support the sales team in processing and reporting. Analyse, update and map key stakeholders in an account to assess the strength of the account relationship and create account outreach strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1-2 years' experience in sales/sales operations
An ideal candidate would be strongly data and digitally focused
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a helpful and friendly attitude
Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate various tasks, comfortable working in an agile manner
A team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organization
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and databases
Experience with a CRM system highly regarded
Experience, Education and Qualification:
- Tertiary education or equivalent work experience
