All about the role:
This is a IT Senior Analyst Employee Experience ANZ role. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure proper IT operations so that the Electrolux Manufacturing plant can remain operating at full capacity and that end users can accomplish business tasks. This include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. For end user support, using email and chat applications to give client quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, the IT Technical Support Engineer will contact end users via phone or in person/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
What you'll do:
- Technology Excellence: Deliver excellent, modern and value focused digital Employee Experiences. Provide on-site delivery of IT projects with Group Solution Team and local IT team.
- User Experience: Understand the Electrolux users and stakeholders, their needs and challenges in order to drive improvements. Ensure end user experience, friendly technology and easy to use processes.
- Offer users an easy solution to order service, access, hardware etc
- Offer different channels to get support
- Offer value-adding activities such as IT training sessions to improve user satisfaction
- Offer IT support and advise to VIP users as IT ambassador of Electrolux IT team
- Offer an easy on/offboarding process and solution
In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux's Internal customers in our factories, sales offices, distribution center and R&D. You should be confident in dealing with all levels of management.
In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in Egypt on regular working hours and may be required to travel to other sites.
There will be an expectation that you are available to additional and after hours support as needed, or to join regular regional or global meetings.
Who You Are?
- BS degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- English Fluency both written and verbal.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Microsoft certification in (MCSE), (MOS), Linux, Cisco or similar technologies.
- General networking TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS (CCNA certified is preferred).
- Proven 5-10 years' work experience in IT Lead, Technical Support, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role in an Enterprise environment. Experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment would be a distinct advantage.
- Factory IT Support and manufacturing experience is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and reporting on following services and solutions:
- End user devices and Workplace technologies
- Enterprise Network
- Windows Server and virtualization tools
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 and Teams collaborations
- Work on projects aside to the day to day operations
- Unified Communication and Telephonies
- ITSM and Ticket tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & client service skills
- Knowledge of the use of PLC's (programmable logic controller) in industry.
- Someone with distinctive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset with a can-do attitude to work towards short term and long-term objectives.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and procedures.
- Have the ability to work as an effective and contributing team member.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Work on projects aside to the day-to-day operations.

- Professional image with the ability to form good partner relationships across functions.
