The role:
Operating from our Geelong office, our IT Service Delivery Analyst will deliver a high-quality service to end users across our metro projects.

Your impact:
You will utilise your people skills and technical ability to ensure service support and delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.

Your every day:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless Service Delivery.

Who are you?
• 5+ years experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Proficiency across the Microsoft Stack .
• Proficiency across Windows and mobile operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS) and common software applications.
• Proficiency across networking equipment.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
