You are an experienced Service Desk Officer or Leader with leadership experience, seeking to join a dynamic and exciting environment in a full-time, ongoing role, based onsite at our Research campus.
The Service Desk Team Lead is an integral part of the Information and Communications Technology Team. The position is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IT Services including helpdesk, to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
You have experience with the following:
- A high level of customer service in a similar role
- Managing a ticketing system assignment, priorities, and workloads
- Managing escalations from the Service Desk Team
- Providing level 1 & 2 technical support
- Managing IT Administrative tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding of new staff, and asset management
- Synergetic and Schoolbox LMS support (preferred)
The Service Desk Team Lead will not only provide leadership to other Service Desk Team members but will also provide technical support to various IT Services within the portfolio, complete administrative tasks, managed escalations and assess opportunities for improvement.
