Role Description & Responsibilities
- Ensure office alignment to Corporate IT Standards and contribute to corporate projects.
- Provide IT support to Dassault Systèmes members, especially key Business Partners to keep business growing.
- Conduct user orientation and training
- Maintain local IT infrastructure according to business needs and corporate policy (LAN, Server & Storage, Audio-visual, laptops, phones, printers)
- Ensure incident resolution based on Support SLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years IT Support & Administration Experience
- 4 years+ client PC support in Windows environment
- 3 years+ Windows server install and Cisco network install, management & troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of NetApp, Pure Storage Administration and VMware
- Certifications MCP, CCNA (or similar)
