We have an opportunity for a driven and motivated Technology Operations Manager to lead a high performing team to deliver quality ICT outcomes for clients across Queensland Parliament.
As the Technology Operations Manager, you will lead a team of technical staff, vendors and contractors in : * Operating and optimising technology platforms and applications while enhancing the customer experience and incident management processes;
- Ensure operational cyber and other updates are completed in a timely manner and the team has the skills and abilities to escalate support as required;
- Contribute to whole of service area leadership and engage collaboratively across the IT Services Area;
- Contribute directly to the whole of service area outcomes of delivering a seamless customer experience; and
- Ensure there is development of service area and team capability (people, processes and systems) for delivery, and that a positive culture is built.
Applicants should provide a CV and a suitability statement addressing the following role requirements in particular your: * Demonstrated success in developing and leading a high performing team focussed on exceptional customer service, delivering quality outcomes for clients.
- Experience managing an ICT and AV environment within a mission critical environment, ensuring all systems and services are stable, current and performant to maintain secure and effective operations.
- Experience improving IT Service Management processes and capabilities, optimising day-to-day operations to comply with industry standards and governance oversight.
