The Town is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced IT Services Coordinator to join the Town in a full-time permanent capacity.
Your new role
The IT Services Coordinator will provide a coordination function in the team supporting the Manager Technology and Digital Strategy. The Coordinator will guide and support the team in the management and delivery of equipment and services relating to the IT Services area including but not limited to:
- Town’s Infrastructure
- Cyber Security
- IT Helpdesk
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Vendor/Supplier Management
What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service and a commitment to providing high quality solutions
- Ability to analyse information and options, find solutions and make recommendations.
- Previous experience coordinating IT professionals and the delivery of IT services.
- Extensive project and process management experience with certification in PRINCE2 or PMBOK preferred.
