We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Service Coordinator to join an awesome team! As an IT Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and taking proactive measures to address issues and maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and fostering effective communication.
- Assist in resource allocation, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks based on their skills and availability.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project managers, offering solutions to mitigate negative impacts.
- Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing project deliverables against established criteria and standards.
- Support the project closure process by ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and handovers are completed effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analysing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and proposing process refinements.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar IT role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
