Salary: Up to $65,000 - $75,000 Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Service Coordinator to join an awesome team! As an IT Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating successful project delivery.
  
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and taking proactive measures to address issues and maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and fostering effective communication.
• Assist in resource allocation, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks based on their skills and availability.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project managers, offering solutions to mitigate negative impacts.
• Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing project deliverables against established criteria and standards.
• Support the project closure process by ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and handovers are completed effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analysing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and proposing process refinements.

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar IT role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
