Our client is a Microsoft specialist technology business based in Sydney CBD. Due to planned expansion, they are looking for a Solution Consultant to join their team. This role will initially start as a Support Engineer and very quickly evolve into a Solution Consultant position.
Once you are trained on their products and services, responsibilities will involve:
- Assisting in the pre-sales process; software demonstration, requirement gathering, needs analysis
- Onboarding new clients, account management & customer service
- Delivering bespoke client solutions using product and service knowledge
- Desktop level 1/2/3 support via phone, video call or face-to-face
- Liaising with software engineers to deliver features
- Growing the consultant team, this role will see you grow into a leader in the business
- Reporting straight to the CEO
Requirements:
- Proven commercial desktop support engineer experience
- End to end Sharepoint set up and Microsoft365 suite
- Client facing, onboarding, and troubleshooting experience
- Level 1/2/3 desktop support experience
- Desire to be a team lead in the future
