We're looking for an IT Support person to join the Support Team, to provide technical and operational support to the business.
Job Description
As an IT Support person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT systems & infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities include:
▪ Be the First Line of Support for the company.
▪ Handle business critical IT tasks
▪ Responsible for the On-boarding and Off-boarding of users, including security permissions and other account changes.
▪ Manage and maintain the desktop environment and provide support to end users
▪ Manage and support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, and Android devices)
▪ Responsible for implementing the standard operating environment on equipment
▪ Support the server and network environment as required, including server operating systems and server applications
▪ Oversee and manage printing devices
Skills & Experience:
▪ Strong technical background (Hardware, Software, Networking)
▪ Out-Of-The-Box thinking, Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
▪ Need a Take-Charge attitude as they will be responsible for the management of all incoming tickets
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ Relevant certificates in Windows Server management.
▪ Keen eye for detail
▪ Strong documentation skills
▪ Strong time management skills
▪ Be able to work in a team environment.
A valid Drivers License and car is necessary.
