Your new role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Receive and handle requests for service.
- Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records.
- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues promptly.
- Configuring and setting up new hardware and software
- Conducting regular maintenance and updates on systems.
- Providing users with recommendations on new technologies and solutions to improve their IT infrastructure.
- Participate in project activity as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Applicants need to be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
