Your new role

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Receive and handle requests for service.
• Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records.
• Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues promptly.
• Configuring and setting up new hardware and software
• Conducting regular maintenance and updates on systems.
• Providing users with recommendations on new technologies and solutions to improve their IT infrastructure.
• Participate in project activity as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Applicants need to be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
