The Role -
Seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to assist with internal level 1-2 support, help maintain technological infrastructure & be involved with project upgrades & implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Exposure to networking & cyber security
- Projects such as, MDM roll outs, opening of new locations
- Experienced working with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
- Travel to sites as required (driver's license)
- Experience working on the helpdesk or application support.
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Batchelor of IT or Tafe Cert 4

$75,000 - $85,000+ Super
