SalaryOur client is in the professional services industry and is looking for two experienced IT Support Consultants to join an existing experienced team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role will involve providing BAU support to members of the business as well as providing VIP support to senior stakeholders and assisting with projects.
As an IT Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for clients.
- Configuring and setting up new hardware and software
- Conducting regular maintenance and updates on systems.
- Providing users with recommendations on new technologies and solutions to improve their IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
