This is a full-time, 3-6 month contracting position, with the view to extend. You will be working on a rotating roster from Wednesday - Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm.
About the role
In this exciting IT Support Officer role, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch IT support services to internal users across the state. As the first point of contact for all IT queries, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and resolve service requests and incidents across various IT domains, including desktop, network, infrastructure, applications, telephony, and cloud services.
Skills & Experiences:
- 2+ years of experience working within a Service Desk or IT Support role;
- Brilliant knowledge of Microsoft Office Support and Office 365;
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and Citrix;
- Basic systems, hardware and network troubleshooting;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Fantastic people skills;
- Strong customer service experience with a passion for helping others;
- Valid driver's license and car; and
- Full working rights within Australia.

You are a genuine "people person" with a passion for helping other and s strong interest in technology. You are able to successfully guide non-technical users through challenging technology issues with ease.
