Your Opportunity
We're looking for a passionateIT Support Officerto join our high performing IT team on a Permanent Full-time basis based in Caringbah.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Be the first point of call for all IT system related issues.
- Collaborate with external consultants to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets to reduce backlog and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure all helpdesk requests are completed and outcomes communicated to clients in a timely manner.
- Provide both remote and onsite support for technical issues, including user account management and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Oversee hardware repairs, software updates, network maintenance, and manage office technology equipment.
- Work with the Human Resources Department to action any onboarding and offboarding of the technology aspects of staff employment.
- Perform maintenance and management of office equipment such as printers, scanners, telephone systems, Compounder, POS, website, web ordering application, accounting system and dispatch and courier system.
- Occasional offsite deliveries and pickups when required.
What you will bring to our Family
- A passionate to help animals is a must.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems, and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, network printers, desktop scanners and peripherals.
- Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Office products O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) and setting up accounts for new users.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member using clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills with the ability to present information in a logical and coherent manner.
- A positive attitude and approach to achieving all required tasks.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
