Your Opportunity Awaits
As the ICT Systems Support Officer some of your core responsibilities will be:
- Provide essential Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across multiple Castle sites ensuring our network, internet, and telecommunications systems run smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with our Managed Service Provider, handling escalations and contributing to exciting ICT projects.
- Provide training and support to employees on workplace technology, ensuring they are proficient in ICT policies.
- Create and summarise insightful reports for management, keeping them informed about ICT support activities and progress.
- Maintain high standards by ensuring all ICT service support adheres to policies and procedures, while actively contributing to policy updates and development.
- Take on a variety of tasks aligned with your skills and experience, providing valuable support across different areas as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on service contract requirements, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Mayfield location with flexibility to work out of other Castle sites, as suited to your needs and the needs of the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Equivalent to 3-year Degree with experience, or VET Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree with equivalent knowledge and experience, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and support business systems
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work unsupervised in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve common goals and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to assist with building positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated personal integrity, professionalism and empathy
- Works with stakeholders to resolve ICT support issues in a timely manner
Essential Criteria
- Current unrestricted driver licence or access to transport
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
- Willingness to demonstrate Castle’s Vision, Purpose and Value statements and the ability to engage others and influence organisational culture
