About the RoleBased in our Canning Vale office, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementations of new systems, IT infrastructure, networking, application system and ongoing implementation of approved new IT projects.Who should apply?Experienced IT Support Officer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Managed Services or In House IT Support. With knowledge and experience in fast paced and dynamic business, covering all aspects of IT support both inhouse and across multiple mobile locations.Must have, but not limited to the following: -Troubleshoot errors as they arise and provide solutions.Provide accurate feedback to Vendor about errors.Experience in designing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of date from legacy systems.Ability to work closely with department managers to determine growth needs of respective systems.Ability to train users as required.Qualifications in IT or equivalent study.Proven skills in successfully managing IT projects.Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills.Full working rights in Australia.What’s in it for you?The position will be initially offered on a 1-year fixed term contract with a high probability of permanent placement.
