AddressHere at Premium IT, we specialise in providing IT support services to businesses in the Perth metro area. We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to handle both remote phone support and onsite setup/support across a variety of networking equipment.
About the Role.
A full-time position has become available for an enthusiastic technician to join our compact, motivated ICT team. The role will have you grappling with a wide variety of tasks in desktop/device support, documentation, network deployments and troubleshooting, servers and storage infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role will see you working with a well-established company based in Spearwood, where you will gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of business applications. You will learn valuable customer service skills, work in a tight-knit supportive team environment and set yourself up for a long-term career in the industry.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with Microsoft 365 and work well in a team environment. It would be essential for the candidate to be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively as well as having a great attention to detail.
About You.
Your experience should include -
- Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems and Windows 2019/2022 server operating systems.
- Knowledge of PC / LAN / WAN environments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Ability to support desktops, notebooks, printers, mobiles, tablets.
- Confident in communicating with a diverse range of business customers.
- Minimum Cert III in IT or equivalent on-job training required.
