About the role
Join our dedicated team at Colac Otway DisabilityAccommodation Inc (CODA), where your role will be pivotal in supporting thetechnology needs of a not-for-profit organisation that has been helping people witha disability in the Colac Otway area for over 40 years
Key responsibilities:
· Comprehensive IT Support: Offer various levelsof IT support from Level 1 to Level 3 as required to all staff.
· IT Infrastructure Management: Assume a crucialrole in the upkeep and administration of our IT infrastructure.
· Cyber Security Adherence: Maintain rigorouscompliance with our cyber security protocols and procedures.
· Process and Documentation Improvement:Participate actively in improving our IT procedures and documentation.
About you
We're looking an individual who will bring a blend ofskills, knowledge, and a passion for technology.
Preferredqualifications and experience:
· Studying toward a degree or qualified in an ITrelated field.
· Familiarity with various operating systems (OS);Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, Android, and Apple.
· Familiar with Windows Services such as RemoteDesktop/VPN, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.
· Exceptional focus on customer service for ourstaff, coupled with the ability to simplify and explain technical details toaudiences without a technical background.
· Proficient in MS Windows and Office, laptopmanagement, tablets, smartphones, AV and VR equipment.
· Excellent attention to detail, time managementskills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
· A current Victorian driver’s licence.
