We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven IT Support Officer Undergraduate (Part-Time) to join our dynamic team at J&P Richardson Industries Pty Ltd (JPR). To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are currently studying for your degree in Information Technology. Along with joining a supportive IT team, there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to work flexible hours, estimated 16 hours per week. 

Reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure and Applications Manager, this role is specifically focussed on supporting the change and development of Digital Forms and its associated data integrations across the business. 

What you’ll do:

• Provide IT support for IT users throughout the company;
• Configure new computers and mobile devices to the company standard;
• Assist in IT projects, including creation and migration of Digital Forms used across the company;
• Integrate databases and external systems into the Digital Forms platform, utilising scripting and custom applications;
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop the digital solutions based on business needs;
• Assist other members of the IT team with technical requests; and
• Escalate requests to other IT team members as necessary

What you’ll bring:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows, Office365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint;
• Knowledge of computers and mobile devices;
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to develop firsthand experience of all things IT related;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and interact with a diverse group of people;
• Excellent customer service approach; and
• Ability to work in a fast-pasted dynamic environment.

Education & Experience:

• Currently enrolled and studying in a tertiary qualification (Degree) in Information Technology;
• Current Queensland driver’s licence (QLD)
