Form of workWe are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and highly motivated support professional. You should have a good understanding of ITIL, record keeping and documentation practices, excellent organisation skills to effectively prioritise time sensitive tasks, and be able to translate technical details into everyday language. IDX has a highly collaborative environment, where the team relies on a strong communication ethic to provide the best customer support experience to our staff, so your communication skills will play a key role in your performance.
You will also be familiar with:
• PC (Windows), and mobile (Android, iOS) environments
• Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Linux, Ubuntu, VMware, Cisco and relative corporate level technologies (desirable)
• Remote support experience
• Field Technician experience
• Helpdesk ticketing software knowledge (desirable)
• Radiology applications such as RIS and PACS skills are highly desirable
• Have knowledge and experience with the latest security trends and practices
This role is well suited to a good problem solver, which has the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business, with a passion for helping people through great customer service, and who is looking for an organisation where they can grow their skills to further their career.
