We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Head Office based in Woolloongabba, on a permanent full-time basis.
Our IT team plays a key role in the next phase of the ICT capability of our organisation and they are responsible for the coordination and delivery of services with a focus on exceptional support and administration, to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. What will I be doing:
In this essential and rewarding role, you will play a key part in providing IT support and project services pertaining to maintaince and growth of the ICT environment of Spinal Life Australia, and the management of documentation in relation to the Organisation's Information Technology Systems.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitor IT Service Desk system and document, resolve, escalate issues as required
- Provide administration and support for Active Directory and Azure, Office 365, workstations, printing system and backup systems
- Document all work relating to Service Desk tickets within Service Desk systems to a high standard
- Maintain IT systems documentation and work instructions to a high regard
- Maintain the IT asset management system within the IT Service Desk
- Provide first and Second Level business analysis and communications
- Contribute positively to the IT Department's service delivery experience by providing timely, helpful and relevant service to staff in the context of their roles
- Provide written and verbal communications with staff to a high standard
- Assist in the delivery of IT projects as required
- Provide level 1 support for existing data integrations and automations
- An IT related Degree or currently studying for an IT tertiary qualification.
- Previous experience with assisting in the provision of IT services to staff to solve technical problems, manage business expectations, and maintain a high level of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and provide a positive and friendly customer service to internal stakeholders
- A current and valid Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or the ability to apply for one
- Office 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune MDM
- Experience with database - MS SQL (2014+)
- A level of experience with SQL Scripting
- A level of experience with PowerShell
- A level of experience with C# scripting
- Previous experience with data integration using SQL, C# and PowerShell (Simego Data Sync Studio/Ouvvi).
- Installing and maintaining networking and wireless infrastructure
