Our new IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for implementing projects to advance the firm’s strategic IT direction. You will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure as well as other members of the leadership and Tech team to plan and execute initiatives, ensuring our IT Infrastructure operates smoothly. About you: 

We're seeking an experienced IT professional with a proven knack for jumping in and getting hands-on. Handling large, complex IT projects will be second nature, as will assisting team members in troubleshooting IT issues. No problem will be too large or small. You'll possess experience in Microsoft Azure environments and proficiency across PowerShell, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint. Additionally, you'll be well-versed in DevOps and proficient in coding in C#. These skills will be complemented by your strong commercial acumen and your ability to coach and mentor other team members.

If you have some of the below experience and qualities, we'd like to hear from you… 

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology are highly desirable.
• Minimum 8 years' experience working with IT Infrastructure and systems at an enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure environments, including Entra (Azure AD), Intune MDM, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Robust Project Management experience, adept at managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Demonstrated "can-do" attitude.
• Analytical and reasoning skills, with an ability to think creatively.
• Willingness to mentor, coach, and train other team members.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders of varying IT literacy.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
• Permanent working rights in Australia.
