Initially this is a position where you will be supporting key customers in the Canberra region with some on-site troubleshooting/support /Implementation across different technologies as well as remote Level 2 Support.
ABOUT YOU:
- 3-5 years experience working within the MSP space as a Technical Support or System Engineer. However, a background in a busy support/implementation capacity is also great!
- Strong troubleshooting, administration skills with Microsoft products. Such as Office 365, Outlook, Exchange and Intune doing tasks such as email, user & mailbox password creation, device management and application deployment.
- M365 Implementation
- Networking - understanding of DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting business grade firewalls, routers, switches, wifi
- Networking troubleshooting skills. Firewalls, switches, DNS & DHCP. Troubleshooting issues around printer/device connectivity, internet unresponsive and Wifi
- Network - minor configuration changes, fault diagnosis and fault resolutions
- Windows servers/OS troubleshooting and deployment skills
- Any experience with virtualization or backup and storage tech is highly regarded
- Prior experience with ticketing systems, ideally ConnectWise or similar
- Any industry related certifications are highly regarded such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA or Azure Fundamentals
- Strong customer Service Skills with attention to detail

The Canberra team is a collaborative and friendly team, and although a smaller office, is supported by a terrific team based in Sydney (level 3 Engineers, Service Desk Management etc)
