KTrans are a Western Australian family owned and operated transport business operating from our modern facilities in the Roe Highway Logistics Park in Kenwick. In the role you will be taking the lead in providing process improvement support to the organisation through the application of software integration, information technology and relevant system innovations throughout our operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Active leader for, and adhere to, all HSEQ regulatory, legislative and Company requirements;
• Lead your team by being visible, driven and operating with a proactive mindset and ensuring both yourself and your team are aligned with the Company’s Five Pillar Culture;
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the IT strategy for the business;
• Manage and develop appropriate data analytics on behalf of the business for both internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop, implement and manage BI analytics and dashboards;
• Technical and application support management;
• Responsible for the operations and system configuration of all IT, Telephone, Telemetrics and Security Systems within the business;
• With the IT Analyst, ensure accountability for the administration of access to all systems; and
• Responsible for regular audits and reviews of system access.
Key requirements:
• Minimum of five years’ experience in proactively managing and improving a multi-faceted IT operational environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field;
• Successful implementation and ongoing management of the evolution of cloud based systems including API connections between SAAS providers;
• Demonstrated problem solving with a focus on customer prioritised solutions;
• Knowledgeable business acumen capable of acting as conduit between IT and business needs;
• Successful management of an internal ticketed Helpdesk/Support environment; and
• A detailed appreciation of the API technologies and previous success in the integration of multiple data sources into corporate workflows.
