This is a permanent position that allows you to work from home when not visiting client sites. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for the company's clients, dedicated to understanding their needs, providing strategic guidance, and delivering tailored solutions for a lasting and valuable partnership. What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Technical Account management or a similar client-facing role at a Managed Service provider.
Previous experience as a System Engineer at a Managed Service Provider
Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving technical issues for clients
In-depth understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems
Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management, configuration standards, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges
Proven experience in fostering strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Proven track record of collaborating with clients to develop IT roadmaps, aligning technology investments with strategic business goals
