Your New Role
In this 12 month contract role, as a Junior Finance Analyst, you'll support the Business Performance team with data analysis, month end reporting and process automation in an investments and superannuation environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing monthly data extraction and analysis from registries
• Prepare, load and reconcile data files to financial models and other systems to generate management reporting, FUM and flows insights and other regular reporting deliverables
• Recommend and implement solutions to streamline and automate data related processes
• Support the broader team and other strategic projects as required
About You
You're a hands on, technologically savvy finance professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills. You're detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and have an innovation and continuous improvement/growth mindset. If you have all, or most of the following, we'd love to hear from you:
• Strong excel skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL, Python) highly regarded
• Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI highly regarded
• Experience in data analysis and manual data manipulation
• Experience in performing reconciliations
• Experience in working with complex excel models highly regarded
• Relevant qualifications (Finance / Accounting degree)
