About the Traineeship

- One-on-one mentoring throughout the duration of your traineeship
- Liaise with internal staff and students to offer helpdesk support
- General troubleshooting
- Install and optimise operating system software
- Install, configure and secure networks
- Determine and fix network problems
- Install and manage network protocols
- Genuine interest in IT.
- A Certificate II in IT or previous experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Confident
- Communicative and able to connect with people of all ages
- Organised, reliable and punctual
- Must hold a current driver's licence
