Your new role 
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join the dynamic team. You are responsible for providing level 1 through level 3 support to services, systems and hardware, to add or modify services, systems and hardware, and to act as subject-matter expert for all site IT functions. This is facilitated by:

Resolving support requests and incidents raised by site staff, or site systems (fixing and providing things when asked)

Resolving failures of site IT infrastructure (fixing things that may not be visible to users)

Monitoring and maintaining all the site IT infrastructure (keeping an eye on the network and servers)

Providing technical advice to site personnel on existing and potential IT systems.

What you'll need to succeed 

Considerable experience in information technology processes, preferably in a mining environment

Demonstrated experience in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. 

High degree of independence, strong troubleshooting skills and a broad familiarity of PC’s servers and networks to layer 3.

Previous experience in diagnosing connectivity issues in a complex network with ISE, AnyConnect, VPN, and other complications is highly desirable.
