Join Our Team as an ITDS Liaison Manager!

Join the esteemed University of Adelaide, a leading institution renowned for its commitment to research excellence and innovation in education. We are currently seeking an ITDS Liaison Manager to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Information Technology and the broader university community.

As the ITDS Liaison Manager, you will be the vital link between ITDS and the University, ensuring optimal utilisation of technology solutions and services. You will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, raise awareness of ITDS capabilities, and ensure alignment with the University's technology needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT liaison management, collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex organisational settings. You will be a seasoned technology professional with a knack for consulting, analysis, and project management, capable of providing high-level advice in a consultative and collaborative manner.

To be successful you will need:

  • Extensive experience in IT Liaison Management roles.
  • Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders in complex organisational settings.
  • Strong technology background with hands-on experience in consulting, analysis, and project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of handling complex technical discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, solve problems strategically, and prioritise effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in technology or similar or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education/ training.
  • Business Relationship Management Professional certification (desirable).
