The Opportunity:
- Support the Group Account Director
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Manage a portfolio of clients (day-to-day operational activity, retention, grow existing accounts)
- Contribute to new business strategies and new business development
- Collaborate closely with the national team to execute creative business strategy and manage client expectations/budgets
- Financial management (overseeing detailed budgets, and client invoices)
- Contribute to business pitches and presentations for key national FMCG, retail & packaging clients.
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have at least 3+ years of experience in similar role (agency experience preferable) with an advertising, design or brand agency
- Previous experience working across FMCG, retail or packaging clients is preferred
- Strong advertising, brand or creative industry knowledge is ideal for this job opportunity
