What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Innovation: Spearhead the core functions of Performance Management, Operational Customer Centre, and Customer Experience.

- Strategise and Optimise: Strategically allocate resources to maximise service delivery and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:
- A holder of a Business Management degree or related field; an MBA would be a great addition.
- An experienced leader with a proven track record in a similar managerial capacity, ideally within the public transport realm.
