The Kmart Digital Team is at the forefront of our online presence, driving innovation and ensuring a seamless online and mobile shopping experience for our customers. Comprising talented individuals from various disciplines, this dynamic team plays a vital role in shaping the future of retail in the digital age.
As an Iteration Manager working as part of the Mobile App team, you will be a key player in enhancing our Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects to our mobile app environment. Your role will involve fostering collaboration, managing workflows, and driving continuous improvement between the mobile team the wider Digital group, enabling the team to deliver a best-in-class mobile customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration and efficiency, for team members in Melbourne and Bangalore.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our mobile app is in alignment with project goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Championing Agile and Scrum principles within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Providing guidance and coaching to team members on best practices.
- Identifying and addressing impediments to team progress, promoting a solutions-oriented mindset among team members and advocating for the mobile team within the larger Digital group.
- Proven experience as an Iteration Manager or similar role, with a background in mobile App Development environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- The ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
