The role

We are currently growing our team of IVF Nurses with many of our beautiful staff heading off on their journey to parenthood. We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic nurses who have a collaborative nature and a passion for helping others. 

Duties

• Assist with clinical procedures as required if appropriately trained e.g pathology collections, embryo transfer or ultrasound scanning
• Provide appropriate nursing care, advice, education, information and support to patients; this will include in-person and/or telephone consultations
• Coordinate all treatment cycle information, scheduling and drug administration
• Perform nurse consult interviews, organise scans and test, ensure patients have appropriate medications, paperwork, consents and compliance for treatment
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of patient data records
   

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 2 years general nursing experience with previous experience in IVF Nursing desirable but not non-negotiable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Current AHPRA Nursing registration
• Empathetic and patient centric approach 
• Bachelor of Nursing degree or higher qualification
• Understanding of patient data systems - eIVF and Genie highly desirable
