Main Responsibilities
Monthly payment
- Prepare monthly payments (collecting and managing invoices and arranging payments from the corporate bank account)
Bookkeeping and book closing
- Guide and review outsourcing contractor staff to prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports (monthly and annually)
- Compile and present reports to Tokyo HQ and Singapore office
- Handle tasks related to federal government reporting requirements
Financing
- Financial management
- Manage bank and loan balance and present reports to Tokyo HQ
- Support developing financing plans for short/long term loans and project loans - Loan execution support
- Support establishment/ renewal of bank loan facility, and execution of loan
Requirements:
- Japanese speaker-Above Business Level
A few years of Accounting experience or graduated Accounting degree
- Visa holder of Permanent resident, Partner Visa, Australian citizen, Graduate Visa
- No working holiday or Student visa applicant due to Perm position
