JCUVet, a leader in veterinary health care, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionists to join our front-of-house team on a part-time basis. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about animal care, possess excellent customer service skills, and are willing to work flexible hours to support our clients and their pets during days, evenings and Weekends.
About the Role: Our Receptionists are the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience with JCUVet. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of animals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting our clinical team as needed.
- Upholding JCUVet's commitment to outstanding client service and patient care.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous reception experience, preferably medical or veterinary industries
- A genuine love for animals and a passion for making a difference in their lives.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in managing administrative tasks.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and Weekends.
