COSTING / PRODUCTION / INVENTORY MANAGER

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
A leading industry Jewellery wholesaler located in Sydney CBD seeks an COSTING / PRODUCTION / INVENTORY MANAGER for a full time role.
This role will provide assistance to the GM with overseas supplier liaison & product specification.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product/ SKU creation
- Product pricing
- Uploading & maintenance of product information
- Demand forecasts and regular review of cost/ margin integrity
- Generating purchase orders
- Shipping components to manufacturers
- Receiving stock & checking supplier invoices
- Preparation of Export documentation
- Weekly & Monthly reporting
You will exhibit the following skills and experience:
- Experience with Jewellery would be beneficial but not essential
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Accounting or similar field
- Previous work experience in office environment preferred
- Demonstrated Advanced Excel capability
- High level literacy in Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- A willingness to maintain and improve existing office systems
- Suitable references
