We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager in Training at our Fountain Gate store, VIC.

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the following skills and experience are required:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Manager / Assistant Manager or worked in a similar role
• Determination to achieve results
• Track record of achieving sales budgets
• Previous sales experience preferred but not essential
• Natural ability to negotiate and build relationships
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Excellent customer service
• A commitment to continuous improvement & achievement
• A current police clearance is required.
