Key Areas of Responsibility
The primary focus of this role is the provision of effective administration support to assist the Head of Learning & Teaching in all aspects of the College’s Office Administration, with specific responsibilities in the following areas:
- Administer the Calendar of the Head of Learning and Teaching and associated correspondence required to set up and follow up all meetings
- Act as a point of contact for all communication from parents, staff and external colleagues
- To oversee the VASS Administration for the College
- To support VCE and Pathways Administration for the College
- To undertake a varied range of administrative duties to support the Learning & Teaching Program
